These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of epicaihub.io (the “Site”), which is operated by EPIC AI Incorporated, EIRL (“EPIC AI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and the Site’s Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Nature of the Site

The Site is a research and writing project. It publishes articles, essays, and commentary on agentic AI, systematic trading, and market microstructure for informational and educational purposes only.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be brought exclusively in the courts of the Dominican Republic, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, EPIC AI Incorporated, EIRL may seek injunctive or equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property, confidential information, or other proprietary rights.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and EPIC AI Incorporated, EIRL with respect to the Site and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
